Summary: Report will list students reported with excess contact hours. This is the number of hours above the allowable six hours per day of combined career and technical education and special education and related services in a designated instructional setting (IS) during a particular reporting period.
(IS=Instructional Setting)
Usage: Review students who are coded with more than 6 contact hours (combination of SPED and CTE) and/or will trigger PEIMS fatal rule 42405-0028.

- Excess Hours in Instructional Setting elements are calculated by the SIS and the values are exported directly to the PEIMS interchange file (E0945, E1694, E1695)

Calculations:
- Total Excess Hours in Instructional Setting – sums all Excess Hours columns together
- Total Eligible Days Present X 5.75 – sums all Eligible Days Present columns together and multiplies the total by 5.75
