Summary: This report displays students in grades 9–12 who are reported as pursuing or completing the Foundation High School Program (FHSP) Distinguished Level of Achievement but do not have any endorsements reported. Students included have an FHSP Distinguished Level Achievement Indicator Code of 1 (Pursuing) or 2 (Completed) and all five endorsement indicators reported as 0 (Not Pursuing/Participating).
Usage: Identify students who are pursuing or have completed the FHSP Distinguished Level of Achievement but may be missing one or more required endorsement codes. Students reported with a Distinguished Level Achievement should also have at least one endorsement reported.
