Overview
The IB Exam Info Report provides a detailed list of students with International Baccalaureate (IB) exam information for the selected school year. Districts can use this report to review student demographics, exam participation, predicted grades, and exam results for accountability, program monitoring, and transcript verification.

Purpose
Use this report to:
- Review IB exam participation by student.
- Verify exam subjects, sessions, and grades.
- Monitor predicted grades compared to final exam results.
- Export IB exam data for local analysis.
- Filter results by grade level, campus, subject, and school year.
Report Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Grade Levels | Select one or more grade levels to display. Leave blank to include all grades. |
| Campuses | Select one or more campuses. Leave blank to include all campuses. |
| Subjects | Select one or more IB exam subjects. By default, all available subjects are selected. |
| School Year | Select the IB testing year to review. |
| Submit | Generates the report using the selected filters. |
Report Columns
Demographic Information
| Column | Description |

| SID | Student identification number. |
| TX Unique Student ID | Texas Unique Student Identifier (TSDS ID). |
| Local ID | District-assigned student ID. |
| Last | Student last name. |
| First | Student first name. |
| Mid | Student middle name or initial. |
| Grade | Student grade level during the selected school year. |
| Campus | Campus where the student was enrolled. |
IB Exam Information
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Exam Subject | IB subject for the exam. |
| Exam Grade | Official IB exam score earned by the student. |
| Session | Testing session associated with the exam (for example, May or November). |
| Predicted Grade | Predicted score submitted prior to testing. |
Additional columns may appear depending on the data provided in the IB exam file loaded into OnDataSuite.
Using the Report
- Select the desired Grade Level(s).
- Select one or more Campuses (optional).
- Choose the IB Subject(s) to review.
- Select the appropriate School Year.
- Click Submit.
- Use the Search box to quickly locate individual students.
- Export the report if additional analysis is needed.

Data Source
This report is populated from the International Baccalaureate (IB) Exam data loaded into OnDataSuite for the selected school year.
Notes
No Data Found
If no records are returned:
- Verify that the selected school year contains loaded IB exam data.
- Confirm the selected campus and grade level include IB students.
- Ensure the selected subject has student records for the chosen year.
Multiple Subjects
Students who test in multiple IB subjects will appear once for each exam subject.
