Report Location: Support > Pre-Release Reports until BETA testing is complete and the report is ready to move to Student Custom Reports.
Summary:
The Campus ID of Residence Grade Span Validation (AskTED) report lists students with Student Attribution (E1000) = 06 (Transfer between Districts) when their Campus ID of Residence (E0903) does not support their reported Entry Grade Level (E1517) according to the AskTED School and District File grade span.
Example: A student reported in grade 09 with Campus ID of Residence 220901041 appears on the report when AskTED shows that campus grade span as 07-08.
Usage:
Use this report to find residence-campus / grade mismatches that commonly occur when:
- Students roll up to the next campus
- A district restructures grade spans and rolls PEIMS data forward without review

Definitions / Rule:
- Only students with E1000 = 06 are considered
- Submission filter supports Fall (1) and Summer (3) (default Fall)
- A student appears when:
- No AskTED school is found for E0903, or
- AskTED grade span does not include the student’s Entry Grade Level
- A student is omitted when AskTED matches and the grade is inside the AskTED grade span
- Missing / unknown E0903 values are included with blank AskTED school name and grade span
- Inactive AskTED campuses are still evaluated; school status is shown on the report

- This is a custom validation report, not a PEIMS/Ed-Fi fatal edit
- Validates Campus ID of Residence (E0903) only — not reporting campus (E0782) grade span
