👤 Summary
The CTE Revenue by Teacher by Course is designed for finance planning, CTE monitoring, and campus-level review. The report is to assist district teams estimate CTE revenue by teacher, course, funding tiers and campus using the HB3 funding rules (post 2021).
💡 Usage
- Review CTE courses and teachers contributing to projected CTE revenue.
- Identify the students/enrollment associated with each CTE course.
- Estimate projected CTE funding by teacher and course.
- Compare the funding impact of different CTE course offerings. Assist campus and district administrators with CTE staffing, scheduling, and course-planning decisions
- Identify courses or teachers where enrollment changes may have a significant impact on projected CTE revenue.
- Support budget forecasting and monitoring of CTE funding opportunities.

- This is a projection/analysis report, not a substitute for the district’s official state funding calculation. Actual CTE funding may depend on eligibility, attendance, program participation, course coding, and other TEA/PEIMS funding requirements.
