This manual was used to determine the calculation of each item reported for all years displayed/selected. We do not store versions, therefore only the most recent manual calculations are performed.
The manual icon on the year column indicates which data validation manual year is being utilized.
- Special Note for Leaver Records Data Validation Indicator #8: Continuing Students Dropout Rate report:
- This report only includes students marked as “CONTINUED H.S.” on the TEA Cohort Longitudinal 4 Year files
- Students marked “EXCLUDED CONTINUER” will not be included
