AP Course Completion to AP Exam Scores Summary

Summary: This report provides student counts of all course completion records with an AP Service ID along with AP exam score results.

Usage: Use the report to review AP exam data including test takers and enrollees who passed, along with exam score percentage results for students who are enrolled in an AP course.

Definitions and Calculations:

• Service ID (E0724) starts with “A”
• Enrolled # – Student count of any student in that AP course
• AP Exam Tested
  • # – Student count of any student with an AP exam score matching the AP course
  • % – (AP Exam Tested / Enrolled) * 100 Rounded
• Test Takers Who Passed
  • # – Student count of any student with an AP exam score 3 or greater
  • % – (Test Takers Who Passed / AP Exam Tested) * 100 Rounded
• Students Enrolled Who Passed
  • % – (Test Takers Who Passed / Enrolled) * 100 Rounded
• Exam Scores 1-5
  • # – Student count of students with that exam score
  • % – (Students with that Exam Score / AP Exam Tested) * 100 Rounded
