Summary
This report will display students who are on the CCMR EWS report and display their Dual Credit (Y / N / ‘-‘ ) status to show the accumulation of students dual credit progress in RLA, Mathematics or Other subjects.
Report Features
- Report provides option to filter for students who are lacking scores in any combination
- Report provides a final ‘Total College Hours’ column that sums up ANY dual credit for each student
- Report provides an export to excel feature.
Report Filters Available
- Multi select Campus (Default All Campuses)
- Multi select Grade (Default Grade 12)
- Single select Year
- Single select CCMR Met (As calculated by CCMR EWS)
- Dual Credit PEIMS (As calculated by CCMR EWS)(Default No Selection)
No Selection – Student does not have ANY dual credit (Reading, Math, Other)
Y = Yes – has met in any combination 3 reading OR 3 math OR 9 Any Subject
N = No – has some data to calculate dual credit but student still has not met the requirement
‘-‘ = No Data – There is not any dual credit data in reading, math or any subject fields to calculate (Note this field is not a filter option but this value may appear in the returned column after filters have been applied) - Dual Credit Hours Needed Reading (Default No Selection) (Ranges 0-3)

When using the following suggested filters it is recommended that you start with these filters first and then apply any other filters such as CCMR Met or Dual Credit PEIMS
