Report Location: Student>Student Custom Reports>CTE>CTE Analysis
Summary: This report lists the information loaded to the File Center>District>CTE Transfer Courses tab.
Usage: Review the information in the file to ensure records are loaded for accurately calculating the CTE and Progam of Study codes.
Special Note:
- CTE Transfer courses can also be viewed in the Student Custom Reports>CTE>CTE Coding Summary report.
Data Source:
- File Center>District>CTE Transfer Courses
Definitions:
- TX Unique Student ID, Name and DOB are strictly used for matching the course information to the student in OnDataSuite.
Features:
- Multi select Year filter (Default All Years)
Internal staff only – alert programming staff of any changes to CTE service ID codes being reported
