As Of 9/13/24 The Ed-Fi Rules displayed are preliminary. Once TEA releases further info regarding promotion logic some rules may or may not be triggered. Please review the results, and if the TEA TSDS system triggers a different result, create a support ticket and include the details.
Ed-Fi Rules run automatically after a successful API pull has occurred.
OnDataSuite will check the TEA IODS site daily. The system is set to check at 1am each night unless the LEA’s set a different time.
The rules will automatically run and display only after a pull has completed and changes or new data is found in the TEA IODS. The date and time of last pull will be displayed in the lower right hand corner of your browser. As shown in the example image below.
Example;
Sample ISD most recent pull from the TEA IODS completed on 9/12/2024 at 5:08PM. (As illustrated in the example above) OnDataSuite will then automatically run promotion procedures and other processes including running rules. The completion time will be dependent on the size of the district.
