👤 Summary:
This report identifies students with an Excessive Unexcused Absence Indicator who have not been reported with a Truancy Prevention Measure. It helps districts proactively identify students who may require intervention before a truancy complaint is filed.
💡 Usage:
- Identify students whose Excessive Unexcused Absence Indicator (E1657) is reported as 1 but whose Truancy Prevention Measure Indicator (E1658) is blank, 0, or not equal to 1.
- Monitor compliance with Texas truancy prevention requirements.
- Ensure Truancy Prevention Measures are documented before progressing to additional truancy actions.
- Review all truancy-related students by selecting the All Truancy Students filter option.
🧭Special Notes:
By default, the report returns students where: Excessive Unexcused Absence Indicator = 1 and Truancy Prevention Measure Indicator ≠ 1
An alternate filter allows users to return all truancy students regardless of indicator values.
