Summary: This report displays all fall PEIMS staff records with human resource information including role ids and auxiliary role ids.

Usage: Use this report to review staff records to ensure accurate PEIMS reporting.

Calculations:

• FTE Total
  • If Number Days Employed (E0160) is greater than or equal to 187, the FTE is a decimal number created by taking the Percent Days Employed (E0760) divided by 100
  • If Number Days Employed is less than 187, the FTE is a decimal number created by taking ((Percent Days Employed / 100) x (Number Days Employed)) divided by 187
