Steps to Load EOY OnRamps Data in OnDataSuite

- OnRamps will send an email letting you know it is ready in your District Portal; the file stays in your portal for 30 days. If it is beyond those 30 days, you will have to request the EOY file.
- Verify that it is the Official EOY Extract.
- (As of 2025-26) Two columns will need to be added to the end of the Excel file- County.District and Campus,and the data must be filled out for each row of data before you upload.
- The data file format headers of your file must match the column order and naming convention as shown below

- Upload the file
- Click Add New File in the File Center under OnRamps
- Browse and select the EOY OnRamps file.
- Choose the school year.
Note: Year selection dropdown refers to the data file format YEAR no the Class.Year column
The current year data format may contain associated class.years for years prior.
- Validate the file
- The system will run a check.
