ESSA PR1000 Title I, Part A Informational Data

Report Location: Accountability>Federal: Accountability Report Center>ESSA Compliance Aide Reports

Summary: Report displays Part 5 of the ESSA PR1000 compliance report for informational purposes since the agency now uses the summer PEIMS collection for most of the chart.

Usage: Use data to review information submitted through summer PEIMS that will be utilized for the PR1000 reporting. The report also displays students who were age 0-5 as of September 1 with an ADA eligibilty code of 0 in the fall PEIMS submission. These students would not be reported to PEIMS in the summer submission.

  • Part 5: Student Participation
    • Schoolwide Program: Title I Part A Indicator Code (E0894) = 6 broken down by grade level, gender, and ethnicity with totals for each category
    • Targeted Assistance (TA) Program: Title I Part A Indicator Code (E0894) = 7 broken down by grade level, gender, and ethnicity with totals for each category
    • Local Facilities for Neglected: Title I Part A Indicator Code (E0894) = ‘A’ broken down by grade level, gender, and ethnicity with totals for each category
    • 0-2
      • Students in summer grade level EE who are aged 0-2 as of Sept. 1
    • 0-2 Fall ADA Eligibility 0
      • Student in fall grade level EE who are aged 0-2 as of Sept. 1 and ADA Eligibility Code (E0787) = 0
      • Title I Part A Indicator Code pulled from fall
    • 3-5
      • Students in summer grade level EE or PK who are aged 3-5 as of Sept. 1
    • 3-5 Fall ADA Eligibility 0
      • Students in fall grade level EE or PK who are aged 3-5 as of Sept. 1 and ADA Eligibility Code (E0787) = 0
      • Title I Part A Indicator Code pulled from fall
