PK Students With September 1st Age of 5 Years Old Or Older Showing Eligible Days

Report Location: Student>Student Data Validation>Funding Data Validation

Summary: This report will display a list of students who are coded as grade level PK, but 5 years old, or above, as of September 1st who have sum of Total Eligible Days Present – E0937 > 0 and PK Eligible Prev Year Indicator – E1649 = 0 .

Usage: Use this report to locate students whose grade level or birth date is being reported inaccurately, who are receiving eligible days funding when they should only be getting ineligible days, or the PK Eligible Prev Year Indicator hasn’t been updated to 1.

Special Notes:

  • 2020-2021 COVID-19 Remote Attendance Calculation Adjustments
    • sum of (Total Eligible Days Present-E0937 + RS Total Eligible Days Present-E1678 + RA Total Eligible Days Present-E1679) > 0

    • Note2: If marked 1, student will not appear on report since they are not a trigger
  • Total Eligible Days Present – E0937
  • RS Total Eligible Days Present – E1678
  • RA Total Eligible Days Present – E1679
