Preliminary Special Programs Graduation Rates

Summary: This report displays preliminary graduation rates for many special programs including those found in RDA reporting based on seniors who end the school year at your LEA.

• Note: This report is not based on the preliminary cohort files produced by TEA in November therefore the base file of seniors might not be an accurate representation of a particular year’s cohort class.

Usage: Use this report to review potential coding errors related to leaver graduate reporting for special program groups.

Definitions:

• Base file comprises of Summer PEIMS students coded Grade Level (E0017) = 12 with As of Status Code (E1002, C163) = H (enrolled on final day of school year)
