Due to the complexity of A–F accountability calculations and the many annual changes to uploaded data files and SIS integration processes, each year’s domain results are uniquely impacted. Additionally, because A–F calculations rely on the most current data available, the upload of new-year files can retroactively alter prior-year results. These values are not static; they are dynamically recalculated based on all files present at the time of processing.
As a result, all previously calculated and displayed A–F results must be discontinued in order to produce the most accurate and current reports for the new accountability cycle.
We understand the value districts place on reviewing prior-year data and are actively working to provide a stable, viewable version of these calculations in future A–F reporting cycles.
