Renessaince Data Sharing

👤 Summary

The Renaissance Data Sharing feature allows districts to securely share Renaissance assessment data with approved vendors. Once enabled, Renaissance automatically transfers the selected assessment data to the vendor, eliminating the need for manual exports.

For Texas districts using OnDataSuite, enabling this integration allows Renaissance assessment data to be synchronized into OnDataSuite for reporting, dashboards, longitudinal analysis, accountability support, and student performance tracking.

💡 Usage

Use this process to:

  • Connect Renaissance assessment data to OnDataSuite
  • Automate data transfers
  • Reduce manual file uploads
  • Keep assessment data current throughout the school year
  • Support longitudinal reporting and student growth analysis
  • Improve data accuracy by using State IDs for student matching
🧭 Special Notes

Before enabling data sharing:

  • A District Administrator must complete the setup.
  • Student, teacher, school, and district Texas State IDs should already exist within Renaissance.
  • If your district uses Custom Data Integration (CDI), Renaissance recommends contacting your Data Integration Specialist before manually updating State IDs.
  • The Data Sharing feature remains enabled until it is manually disabled.
  • Additional assessment products may be selected later without repeating the entire setup.
  • Data begins transferring automatically after the vendor and assessment products are selected and saved.
