Teacher’s Name:

Teaching staff are reported with the following staff ID codes from staff  responsibility extension (TSDS term)

047- Substitute Teacher – A person who serves in a classroom in the absence of a teacher certified for that assignment where the teacher has quit, died, or been terminated; or, a person who is permanently hired to substitute on an as-needed basis.

087-Teacher “ A professional employee who is required to hold a valid teacher certificate or permit in order to perform some type of instruction to students. 

Gender:

F – Female

M – Male

Eth/Race:

  H – Hispanic/Latino- Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity regardless of any race selected

  I – American Indian or Alaska Native- Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select only AI/AN for race

  A – Asian- Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select only one category for race

  B – Black or African American- Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select only Black/AA for race

  P – Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander- Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select only NHOPI for race

  W – White Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select only White for race

  T –  Two or More Races – Not Hispanic/Latino for ethnicity, and select more than one category for race 

Campus – Campus ID number in which the Service ID is taught

Service ID-Code as per the Data Standards (C022) referring to the service supplied by the teacher

FTE’s Per Service ID– FTE for the teacher of a particular service ID

NOTE:FULL TIME EQUIVALENT (FTE)

  The measure of the extent to which a person occupies a full-time position, or the portion of time spent in that role by part-time staff.

   If the number of days employed is greater than or equal to 187, the FTE is a decimal number created by taking the percent of day employed divided by 100.

  If the number of days employed is less than 187, the FTE is a decimal number created by taking (percent of the day employed / 100) x (the number of days employed) all divided by 187 or (percent day employed / 100) x (number of days employed) all divided by 187

Percentage of Total FTE– Percent of the total FTE for the teacher of a particular service ID
