Occasionally a set of files do not load properly, when this occurs the file will be highlighted in “pink” as shown above.
- Use the Info/Data link on the pink file name row for additional details on potentially why the file failed.
- Verify the Knowledge Base (KB) article instructions on the specific file you are loading to ensure the file is in the correct format. These are linked in the File Center just above the green “Click to upload….” bar for each file.
- The most common cause of a file highlighted pink is Corrupted Files. The user should re-extract the file and re-load the new files into OnDataSuite.
If the file continues to be highlighted in pink please create a support ticket and OnDataSuite staff will investigate.
