With the transition to 24-25 Ed-Fi API data submissions to the TEA IODS as of 24-25 and beyond, OnDataSuite (ODS) is pulling data on the LEA designated schedule https://kb.ondatasuite.com/knowledge-base/tea-ed-fi-iods-connection-2/ (reference the Nightly Data Pull Schedule section)
Current Year 25-26 ADA/FTE reporting is only populated by the Ed-Fi API_ Summer Promotion of Student Attendance Entities.
Verify with your SIS/ERP Vendor the TEA Ed-Fi API Student Attendance Entities are reporting.

2025-2026 Summary of Finance reporting is based upon TEA IODS Ed-Fi data flows of Student Attendance Entities ONLY into OnDataSuite.
If 25-26 API-Summer Info is not reflecting any Student Attendance entity Records (data in the TEA IODS) check with your SIS Vendor on the status of 25-26 Ed-Fi Attendance API data flow and processes.
If data is flowing for 25-26 and your SOF totals do not look accurate, use the following steps to update or verify:
- Utilize the Finance Reporting Period Override to manage the Total calculations within Finance for ADA/FTE by Six Weeks completed for current year reporting only.
- Drill into any six weeks calculation on the SOF Summary to view the by six weeks details
Both reports have a Toggle Student Count filter as well as by campus to drilldown and identify missing data in the TEA iODS Summer promotion logic.
