👤Summary: This report lists the information loaded to the File Center>TSDS XML or CSV>PEIMS CTE Student Roster tab.
💡Usage: Review the information in the report to ensure records were created for the appropriate year and reflect the TEA reporting so that CTE reports utilizing the TEA CTE comparison feature are accurate.
🧭Special Notes:
- The report shows the records created from the uploads, so if both a summer and extended year file exist, the extended year overrides summer if a student is found on both rosters.
- If you run for a year where files appear to be loaded in the File Center and no records appear, ensure that the file(s) loaded are for that appropriate year and aren’t in a PDF format instead of CSV.
