ODS is not applying TEA’s Operational Minutes adjustment to existing reports.
Since TEA emphasized PEIMS reporting is not to be adjusted and they will adjust and post on near SOF in September after all 21-22 PEIMS is completed, we have decided to preserve the integrity of what was actually reported to PEIMS in our reports.
ODS is handling this 21-22 funding provision in separate reports.
- A new report to estimate an LEA’s eligibility for the Operational Minutes adjustment was released in Finance > Finance Custom Reports>21-22 TPAR Operational Minutes>TPAR Operational Minutes 21-22 on 4/27. This provides the Refined ADA potential TEA adjustment (if any) for Summary of Finance projections.
- An update to the TPAR Operational Minutes 21-22 Report to include the Special Program area ADA/FTE adjustments when applicable was released May 10, 2022. This information is now included in the original report after the Refined ADA adjustment calculation if the LEA qualifies for the ADA Adjustment.
