As the new TSDS PEIMS Attendance 1st – 5th Six Weeks Submissions are being implemented, monitor this log for the status and functionality in OnDataSuite.
OnDataSuite is processing the nightly promotion of each of the PEIMS Attendance submissions as your data flows through the nightly TEA IODS Connection Submission schedule.
To verify the submissions are processing, reference the File Center: Ed-Fi – and look for API_A1 through API_A5 submission names.
These submissions are replicating the respective Summer submisson Attendance data and creating a separate repository of the data as of the last Date Promoted on the respective PEIMS Attendance six weeks for future reporting options.
What does the PEIMS Attendance submission by six weeks reporting mean?
- Until the PEIMS Attendance respective Six Weeks Stop Promotion Date is reached, this six weeks data should match your daily PEIMS Summer Attendance reporting for that six weeks.
- Once the Stop Promotion date is reached, we freeze the respective PEIMS Attendance Six Weeks reporting.
- Going forward any updates to that respective six weeks attendance will only be reflected on the respective six weeks of the PEIMS Summer Attendance reporting.
- Ultimately, PEIMS Summer Attendance reporting will be the official funding updates for TEA at settle up.
What reporting is available in OnDataSuite?
The initial functionality will be to add a Submission filter to applicable Attendance reports in ODS. They will function as defined below:
- Submission Filter will contain options:
- Default will be PEIMS Summer (current reporting containing latest Summer Attendance Promotion Logic). The report will display with the default light blue headers as a visual cue to the Submission reporting.
- The 5 PEIMS Attendance Six Weeks filters will report the selected six weeks attendance and any prior PEIMS Attendance Six Weeks data for an on-going view of the by six weeks data submitted through this new submssion. The headers will display as light yellow as a visual cue.
Implementation Status of the Submission filter:
- As of 1/28/2026: Updates in progress to Refined ADA Report to reflect prior six weeks data when a specific PEIMS ATTENDANCE Six Weeks fitler is selected.
