Two Semester CTE Courses Missing Course Sequence 2 or D2

Report Location: Student>Student Data Validation>Course Completion Validation

Summary: This report displays students who have either a summer or extended year CTE course with a first semester course sequence that has no second semester course sequence part.

Usage: Use this report to review students who have taken the first part of a CTE 2 semester course who don’t have the second piece and might be missing out on the CCMR IBC credit they should receive (avoid working submission).

Special Note(s):

• Includes latest Exit Withdraw Date and Exit Withdraw Type to determine if students left earlier in the year and for what reason
• Create a Focus List of the report to use through other parts of the system for querying

Definitions:

• Students displayed if:
  • Service ID (E0724) = CTE Course
    • and
  • Course Sequence (E0948) = 1 or D1
    • and
  • No Course Sequence = 2 or D2 for same service ID
• CCMR Met from the CCMR EWS report
