If a district chooses to use LDAP authentication services vs manually entering users through the OnDataSuite admin site they need to be aware of a few items
- If a user is active in your district LDAP they will have access to OnDataSuite but will not see be able to access or view any data.
- Even though users will have access they still will need to have permissions set to view any data.
- All permissions will have to be granted from within the OnDataSuite/ LDAP Access Fields page.
