This page will provide districts with a historical archive of all 2026 AAC meetings items discussed. Items listed with “*” symbol under header sections will represent questions answered during or after the session.
Folder Contents: When opened, the Student Achievement Domain 1 folder will contain both the Domain Summary and Domain Detail reports.
Available Data: The only data available initially will be uploaded STAAR EOC data and prepopulated Science data for grades 5 and 8.
Interim Science Data Indicators: * A red indicator will appear at the top of these pages to remind districts that current-year grades 5 and 8 science scores are not yet available.
In their absence, prior-year science scores are being used as placeholder values to calculate a predicted A–F rating. The domain science scores will also be highlighted in red as a visual reminder.
Student Lists: Drilling down into any grade 5 or 8 science student list will show data for students tested last year. This placeholder logic provides districts with the best available predictive count, as outlined in detail in the FAQ document.
Initial Upload Monitoring: Please note that initial file uploads may contain unforeseen formatting or data issues. We typically catch and resolve these after the first few files have been processed.
Data Parser: The assessment file parser was built using the TEA-published data file format for 2026. Barring anomalies within the data files themselves, they should load successfully.
Domain 1 Breakdown: Once loaded, results will be visible within the Domain 1 breakdown for each assessment at the Approaches, Meets, and Masters passing standards.
Gradual Rollout: As in prior years, we are launching Domain 1 gradually to give districts ample time to upload data and verify it for reasonableness.
Incomplete Calculations: Keep in mind that because several unreleased files will still be missing, your preliminary calculations will not be fully complete, though the system will still generate calculations based on available data.
Restricting In-Progress Access: Users assigned the A–F Viewer role last year must have that role removed if you do not want them viewing the A–F reporting while it is still in progress. Roles can be reinstated once the district determines the results are ready for wider release.
A-F Reports – Restricting Access via Role
System Lock Feature: An A–F system lock is available to implement during data uploads. This prevents new uploads from altering your A–F calculations while the district reviews the current reports.
A–F System Override feature: Lock/Unlock Calculation Function
Release Sequence: Once Domain 2 is live under the primary Accountability folder, we will determine its release timeline under the lead4ward accountabilityconnect folder.
Data Dependency: These two reports are inextricably linked; we must ensure Domain 2 is calculating perfectly before mapping the results to the lead4ward tools.
Step-by-Step Verification: Upload your CCMR verifier and compare it to the prior year (2024–25), filtering for Grade 12 with no other filters. Export the results to Excel to easily filter and analyze discrepancies between TEA and ODS data.
CCMR Dashboard compare to TEA button
We added a new ‘Compare to TEA’ button to the CCMR Dashboard
Remember Tracker compares to current year and Verifier to prior year

Working Submission file using Supplement file
We are working on an update to the supplement file to include the addition of the letter ‘W’ to support districts tracking of students associated
A-F Calculation update
2025 Cut points to be used for science and social studies in absence of TEA raw score conversion
Recalculation of A-F possible once final files are uploaded (if they have data)
*Clarification made. Cut points will be used for Science but not Social studies. We have updated the supporting KB ariticle
*Question brought up. Answer Pending. It will be posted once I get clarification from programming team: (will you be using 2025 cut scores on 2026 data for science, or 2025 cut scores and data as a placeholder?)
Domain file status question answered
Q. Do i still need to load PEIMS files now that EdFi is automatically pulling my data?
A. Yes and No. So technically we will have the data pulled from Ed-Fi so you would not have to load the files manually, but our programming team does recommend loading the CSV or XML for finalized data so that your A-F calculations are as accurate as possible.
