Summary: This report provides a Staff Summary of Average Years of Professional Experience and a Staff Count by Campus/Organization.

Usage: Utilize to compare various staff Role Ids Average Years of Professional Experience by Campus/Org for a single year or across years. *Note: Staff that do not report Total Years Professional Experience (ex: Educational Aides, Auxiliary Staff, etc.) are not included in the calculations.

Report Updated November 5, 2025 to include Average Years in District.

Definitions:

• By Default report lists current year Staff reported in Fall PEIMS with a Professional Responsibility Role ID by Campus/Organization. *Note: Staff that are reporting responsibilities in multiple campuses, will be reflected in each campus count.
  • Campus – E0266 as reported on the Responsibility record
  • Avg Yr Exp in District – By Campus, the average of all staff reporting Years Experience in District (E0161 on Staff Entity)
  • Avg Yr Prof Exp – By Campus, The average of all staff reporting Total Years Professional Experience (E0130 on the Staff Entity)
  • Staff Count – By Campus, count of staff reporting applicable Professional Role IDs in the Avg Yr Prof Exp calculation.
  • Total row:
    • Avg Yr Exp in District = Overall average of all Campus Average Years reported (includes staff duplicate reporting responsibilities across multiple campuses)
    • Avg Yr Prof Exp = Overall average of all Campus Average Years reported (includes staff duplicate reporting responsibilities across multiple campuses)
    • Staff Count = Unduplicated count of Staff reporting professional responsibility record.
• When multi-year is selected for the report, three additional columns will report:
  • Avg Yr Exp in District Net Change = Difference of latest year Avg Yr Exp in District and prior year Avg Yr Exp in District
  • Avg Yr Prof Exp Net Change = Difference of latest year Avg Yr Prof Exp and prior year Avg Yr Prof Exp
  • Staff Count Net Change = Difference in latest year Staff Count and prior year Staff Count
