By default, all campuses that have an test score association will be used in the calculation of the state A-F Domain reports. This process will provide a way to EXCLUDE an entire campus from the A-F calculation process.
This process will remove the campus from the A-F Calculation
Override Location
To access this area you must be a district level designated administrator.
To access the override section of OnDataSuite locate the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your OnDataSuite page and click on the ‘Administrator’ link.
From the side menu bar select the ‘A-F Campus Exclusion’ link.

Exclusion steps
Select the drop down selector from the “Exclude Campus” column for the campus you wish to exclude.
Important notes:
1. Make sure you are making the change to the correct year (located in the top right corner)
2. Double check that you selected the correct campus
3. Click the ‘Submit & Recalculate” button at the top of the page to initiate the process
