Summary: The Snapshots Student Data Review displays counts and percentages of students active on a selected snapshots date. See Snapshots for further information on how to set additional dates (today’s date is always promoted).
Usage: Review student groups by counts and percentages for active students at the district level or by campus.
Special Note:
- Associate Degree on this report is only for active students. If you are looking for Associate Degree on leaver students, please run the Fall Leaver Data Review report instead.

Definitions:
- Enrollment is the total number of students active on the selected Snapshot Date filter
Calculations:
- Percentages
- All Percentages are rounded to the nearest tenth
- Enrollment by Grade, ADA Code, Membership, Gender, Ethnic Distribution, Student by Indicator sections = Code (numerator) / Total Enrollment (denominator)
- Early Reading Indicator by Grade = Total by grade by indicator / Total of Early Reading Indicator by Grade
- Economic Disadvantage Percentages
- Free, Reduced, Other = Total in status / Total Economic Disadvantage
- Total Economic Disadvantage = Total Economic Disadvantage / Total Enrollment
- Regular, Special Education = Total in program / Total Enrollment
- Emergent Bilingual
- Emergent Bilingual Percentages = Total in EB code / Total Enrollment
- Regular, Special Education = Total in program / Total Enrollment
