Usage: measures the year-to-year progress using Domain Scores of English learners (ELs) in acquiring English language proficiency. It is a part of the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) and is used by districts, campuses, and the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to evaluate how effectively students are developing English skills across four domains: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
