Administrators are encouraged to ask users to visit this section and indicate job titles and/or individual areas of interest.
Selections made here by the individual user will serve as a notification system, and they will receive email correspondence regarding system updates or trainings after completing the following steps:
1) Click on Subscribe to Emails and Update Settings which will send a confirmation email.
2) The status for subscribing to emails will remain Pending Email Confirmation until Yes, subscribe me to this list in the email has been clicked. After this action, you will receive a Subscription Confirmed message. This completes the process for receiving email communications.
Note: Deselecting an individual row and updating settings will remove the user from that particular email correspondence.
To completely stop receiving emails by OnDataSuite (opt out), even if an administrator, deselect Subscribe to Emails and Update Settings. This can be changed at any time.
Be sure to click on Update Settings at the bottom of the page after any changes are made
