To batch print student profiles, must be in an aggregate list view of the students. To help with speed and functionality you may want to print by grade levels, by campus then grade levels, etc…
Batch printing does not work for over 1000 profiles so you may want to choose smaller groups of students when printing.
When in list view you can go to the Tools on the right-hand side and choose Print Student Profiles
Printing – Print in landscape and click open more settings in your printer and scale to in between 50-60 some cases to get more information on one page the scale may need to go smaller.
