Summary: This report displays the PEIMS elements that affect the CCMR area of state accountability.

Usage: Use this report to review accuracy of PEIMS reporting which significantly impacts state accountability ratings.

Definitions:

  • Sections
    • Fall – Fall Snapshot Students
    • Fall Not Enrolled on Snapshot – Students reported in Fall who only have a 40100 but no 40110 record (As of Status C, E, G)
      • Note: Drill downs at the campus level will show no records to display since these students do not have a 40110 record which contains the campus
    • Fall Leaver – Leaver students in year data reported to PEIMS (drill downs one year back)
    • Summer – Any student in attendance at least one day of school
    • Extended – Extended Year Students with a course completion record
  • Associate Degree – E1596 (C088 & C235) = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6
  • Post Secondary Certification Licensures –

  • Dual Credit – Student has at least one course marked dual credit (E1011) = 1
  • Dual Credit – CCMR Summer, Extended
    • Uses the same calculation as the CCMR Early Warning System Report
    • CCMR Dual Course Credit Met = Student has summer and/or extended dual credit courses with a sum of 3 college credit hours (E1081) in ELA or Math or 9 college credit hours in any subject across all years
    • CCMR Dual Course Credit Not Met = Student has at least one dual credit course in summer or extended but does not meet CCMR condition with appropriate number of summed summer and extended college credit hours across all years
    • Note: This is the only area where data is checked across multiple years
  • CTE Aligned Industry Based Certification Courses – Summer
    • Based on IBC service ids (E0724) in summer submission
    • Total CTE 2 Students in Passing CTE Aligned IBC Courses = CTE Aligned IBC service ids AND Career and Technical Ed Ind Cd (E0031) = 2 in summer submission AND Pass/Fail Credit Indicator Code = 01
    • Total NOT CTE 2 Students in Passing CTE Aligned IBC Courses = CTE Aligned IBC service ids AND Career and Technical Ed Ind Cd (E0031) Not Equal 2 in summer submission AND Pass/Fail Credit Indicator Code = 01
    • Total Students in Failing CTE Aligned IBC Courses = CTE Aligned IBC service ids AND Pass/Fail Credit Indicator Code Not equal 01
  • CTE Aligned Industry Based Certification Courses – Extended
    • Based on IBC service ids (E0724) in extended year submission
    • Total Students in Passing CTE Aligned IBC Courses = CTE Aligned IBC service ids AND Pass/Fail Credit Indicator Code = 01

Special Notes:

  • When reviewing graduates for a particular year, the information will span two years of data. The Fall and Summer categories will be for the year they were a senior; the Fall-Leaver category will be for the year they were reported as a graduate to PEIMS (the subsequent year).
    • Ex: 2019-2020 graduates will show data in the Fall and Summer categories under 2019-2020 and in the Fall Leaver category under 2020-2021 (drill down will be one year back 19-20)
