Summary: This report displays students who have no class roster winter records with a Fine Arts service ID in any high school across all years.

Usage: Use this report to review students, especially upper classmen, who are still needing to complete a fine arts course for graduation purposes.

Special Notes:

  • A student might appear even though they have a fine arts course if they received the credit from another LEA. Cross reference SIS course records to determine if this is the case.
  • Additional CTE courses considered Fine Arts:
    • 13001800 – Floral Design
    • 13001810 – Floral Design/Agricultural Laboratory and Field Experience
    • N1300270 – Advanced Floral Design
    • 03580500 – Digital Art and Animation
    • 03580510 – 3-D Modeling and Animation

Definitions:

  • Displays students who have never had at least one CRW Service ID (E0724) with a Service ID Subjarea (TEA table) = 08 (Fine Arts) at any high school
    • See Special Notes above for the 5 service IDs excluded due to not being labeled Fine Arts on the TEA table
  • Continuously Enrolled
    • Derived from CCMR EWS Reporting
      • Y indicates student has been continuously enrolled for at least the last 4 years
      • N indicates student has not been continuously enrolled and could have fine arts courses not reported to class roster winter from your LEA. These students should be verified to have a fine arts class in your SIS historical files.

  • Filter on:
    • Single select Year (Defaults to most recent CRW year)
    • Multi select Campus (Default All campuses with 9-12 grade levels)
    • Multi select Grade (Default All high school grade levels 9-12)
