Ethnicity & Special Program Trends

Report Location: Student>Student Custom Reports>Special Programs

Summary: Year to year trend line graphs and chart representation for selected ethnicity and special program filters.

Usage: Allows special program administrators at campus and district levels to review participation across years. Also can be used to see how ethnic populations have trended over time. Additionally, can be viewed by PEIMS personnel for data accuracy by comparing multiple years of information.

Special Notes:

• ND indicates No Data Found
• Campus filter and calculations for summer are based on the campus found in the Student School Association complex
• CTE is not calculated for the 2020-2021 school year due to the transition from CTE codes last used 2019-2020 to CTE attendance which began 2021-2022

• Percentages are based on dividing the special program or ethnicity count by the total enrollment count.
