How does the CCMR EWS report calculate TSIA2 scores when a student has multiple scores

The CCMR EWS report looks across and combines the highest section scores from all uploaded test files create a consolidated result.

Example using the following requirement
TSIA2 < 945 on the ELAR College Readiness Classification (CRC)

AND a score >= 5 on the diagnostic
AND a score >= 5 on the Essay Test (TSIA2 Write Placer)


Student Test 1: They would NOT meet because the Essay score is less than 5
TSIA2 940 on the ELAR College Readiness Classification (CRC) (Meets)
AND a 5 on the diagnostic (Meets)
AND a score 4 on the Essay Test (TSIA2 Write Placer) (Does Not Meet)

Student Test 2: They would NOT meet because the Diagnostic score is less than 5
TSIA2 944 on the ELAR College Readiness Classification (CRC) (Meets)
AND a 3 on the diagnostic (Does Not Meet)
AND a score 5 on the Essay Test (TSIA2 Write Placer) (Meets)

Student Test 1&2 combining both test scores: The student will meet the requirement as follows:
TSIA2 944 on the ELAR College Readiness Classification (CRC) Using Test 2 Score (Meets)
AND a 5 on the diagnostic Using Test 1 Score (Meets)
AND a score 5 on the Essay Test (TSIA2 Write Placer) Using Test 2 Score (Meets)
