Summary: This report displays by instructional setting(s) the special education eligible days, contact hours served based on weights, excess hours, and total eligible contact hours served by reporting periods and totals.

Usage: Review report and drill downs for accurate special education funding purposes.

Special Notes:

2019-2020 COVID-19 Adjustments per TEA Guidance: General Funding Question 1.
- Only reporting periods 1 – 4 are used in the 19-20 totals and calculation, any 5-6 reporting period data is ignored.
2020-2021 & 2021-2022 COVID-19 Remote Attendance Adjustments

Elig Days = Sum of E0944 – Eligible Days Present in Instr Setting
Contact Hours Served = Elig Days * Contact Hour Value
Excess Hours = Sum of E0945 – Excess Hours in Instructional Setting
Total Eligible Contact Hours Served = Contact Hours Served – Excess Hours

- RS Elig Days = Sum of E1690 – RS Eligible Days Present in Instr Setting
- RS Excess Hours = Sum of E1694 – RS Excess Hours in Instructional Setting
