Summary: This report displays staff who are coded as teaching (087 or 047) or assisting special education classes (Educational Aides 033).

Usage: Review report to ensure appropriate coding of the Student Age Range Staff element introduced by TSDS as of 2024-2025 for the teachers and educational aides who are teaching a special education course. *Note: TSDS deleted Grade Level reporting on these staff and added new element SPED Student Age Range.

Definitions:

  • Displays following staff:
    • Role ID = 047, 087, or 033 AND Population Served = 06 (Special Education Students)
      • OR
    • SPED Student Age Range is 01 or 02
  • Each class is displayed on a separate row (multiple rows per staff member)
  • Potential Errors: Rows highlighted in light red are areas to review as the data is not matching the criteria highlights only on the default all staff report.
  • Elements displayed:
    • Role ID (Fall) – E0721 (C021)
    • Class ID Number – E1056
    • Service ID – E0724 (C022)
    • Population Served E0747 (C030)
    • SPED Student Age Range – E3059 (C342)
    • # Students in Class – E0170

    • Single select Year (Default most recent Fall PEIMS year with 30090/Responsibility records reported)
    • Multi-select Campus (Default All Campuses)
    • Multi-select SPED Student Age Ranges (Default All)
  • All Staff/Errors Only
    • All Staff displays all rows pulled by the report (Default)
    • Errors Only displays:
      • Role ID not equal 047, 087, or 033
      • Population Served not equal 06
      • SPED Student Age Range not equal to 01 or 02
      • This filter selected will not show the red highlights for readability.
