State Performance Plan Indicator 13: Measurement

Summary: The State Performance Plan indicator (SPPI) 13 measures the percent of youth with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aged 16 and above with an IEP. This report pulls a list of special education students who meet the criteria.

Usage: Use this student detail list to pull the appropriate information necessary for SPPI 13 reporting including ARD folders, etc.

Data Sources: PEIMS Summer records

Definitions:

  • Students coded Special Education (E0794) = 1 AND are at least age 16 between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022, and students up through age 21 (age 22 if appropriate). Also included, students who are age 15 but will turn age 16 by June 30, 2022.
    • Note: Years will change depending on year filter chosen. Years listed here represent the year filter 2021-2022.

    • Multi select Campus (Default All Campuses)
    • Single select Year (Default most recent summer PEIMS year loaded)
