Student Achievement CCMR (Beta)

These reports are in the beta stages of creation. We have released these reports during this process to allow districts to review and provide feedback as they are being developed. These reports should not be considered final until the beta release tag has been removed. If you wish to provide feedback please create a ticket in the ticket system with the subject title of “Feedback”. Please be as detailed as possible in the body of your ticket and make sure to include any supporting data or links.

The College, Career, Military Readiness Component (Beta)

This report combines uploaded PEIMS, AP, IB, SAT, ACT, and TSIA (Accuplacer) data files of all graduates to check who MET any of the listed requirements below.

Required files for calculation

This report is calculated using the specifications outlined in the released 2018 Accountability Manual and relies on several different data sources to determine College Career Readiness.

Users must make sure they have the following data sources loaded to ensure the most accurate report is available. If any of the following uploaded values are missing the returned calculated values may reflect inaccurate results given that the final report is based on a filtered calculation value:

College Components

  • AP – Requires AP Data file upload
  • IB – Requires IB Data file upload
  • SAT – Requires SAT Data file upload
  • ACT – Requires ACT Data file upload
  • TSIA Accuplacer – Requires TSIA Accuplacer Data file upload
  • College Prep – Requires PEIMS Summer uploads – current and 3 years past
  • Dual Credit – Requires PEIMS Summer uploads – current and 3 years past
  • Associates Degree – Requires PEIMS Fall and Summer PEIMS upload


Career Components

  • CTE Criteria – (Requires PEIMS Summer uploads – current and 3 years past)
  • Industry Based Certification – (Requires PEIMS Fall upload)
  • Completed IEP and workforce Readiness – (Requires PEIMS Fall upload)


Military Component

  • Enlists in US Armed Forces – (Requires Fall PEIMS upload)

Explanation of required data files in the calculation of reported values

College Components

  • AP Met – Values derived from AP data file from The College BoardA graduate meeting the criterion score on an AP examination in any subject area. Criterion score is 3 or more for AP.
  • IB Met – Values derived from IB scores from International Baccalaureate
    A graduate meeting the criterion score on an IB examination in any subject area. Criterion score is 4 or more for IB.
  • SAT Met – Values derived from SAT data file from The College Board
    ELA/Reading Met SAT – Score must be >= 480 on Evidence Based Reading and Writing (EBRW)
    Math Met SAT – Score must be >= 530 on Mathematics
  • ACT Met – Values derived from ACT data file from ACTELA/Reading Met ACT – Score must be >= 19 on English and >= 23 Composite
    Math Met ACT – Score must be >= 19 for Mathematics and >= 23 Composite
  • TSIA Accuplacer Met – Values derived from Accuplacer data file from The College BoardELA/Reading Met – Score must be >= 351
    Math Met – Score must be >= 350
  • College Prep Met – Values derived from PEIMS summer submission
    Searches for service id codes of CP110100 (ELA) or CP111200 (Math) who met criteria.

    • Combination of ‘M’-Math and ‘E’-ELA/Reading’ in the SAT, ACT, Accuplacer (TSIA), or College Prep columns (must have both ‘M’ and ‘E’ if no other previous conditions met)
  • Dual Credit Met
    A graduate completing and earning credit for at least three credit hours in ELA or Mathematics or at least nine credit hours in any subject.

    A CTE coherent sequence graduate who has completed and received credit for at least one CTE course aligned with an industry-based certification. (1/2 point awarded if only indicator met)

  • Completed IEP and workforce Readiness Met
    A graduate receiving a graduation type code of 04, 05, 54, or 55 which indicates the student has completed his/her IEP and has either demonstrated self-employment with self-help skills to maintain employment or has demonstrated mastery of specific employability and self-help skills that do not require public school services.
    • Interchange Student Enrollment

Military Component

  • Enlists in US Armed Forces Met

CCMR MET
If any one item is met from the aggregate of this list the student will be included in the Number of Graduates Who Accomplished at Least One of the CCMR Indicators total. The students who only meet the CTE Criteria Met indicator are counted as .5.
