When the totals on a report are lower that expected or do not seem accurate very often not all the data is loaded. This is often the case with student assessment results. A quick and easy way to tell is to create an Ad-Hoc report to view totals. The example below is for STAAR 3-8 results.
Next create a simple report to return total # of test.
After running the report review the totals.
