CTE Program of Study Student Course Plan

Report Location: Student>Student Custom Reports>CTE

Summary: This report lists all of the aligned information (IBC and Result, Aligned CTE Service IDs passed/failed, and CY Class Roster Courses Enrolled In) for each combination of a student’s CTE/Program of Study and gives a list of suggested courses in program levels 3 and 4.

Usage: Utilize this report to help guide decisions for meeting the CCMR IBC PEIMS indicator which requires a CTE code 7 in the 2025-2026 school year. Also allows you to see combined information from the Student Profile CTE and CCMR IBC screens in a single batch report.

Special Notes:

All CTE Code 6 and 7 students will display regardless of whether or not they have an aligned IBC
Report starts with 2024-2025 year filter since it already includes historical information

Definitions:

Campus – Summer Enrollment Campus
CTE Code and Program of Study – see Auto Calculation of CTE and Program of Study Codes
Aligned IBC and Result – E1640 (C214) Post Secondary Certification Licensure and E1733 (C232) Post Secondary Cert Licensure Result from any year that aligns to the program of study
Aligned CTE Service ID Passed – CTE Service IDs with Pass/Fail (E0949 Course Attempt Result) = 01 or 08; year taken is the first part of the string in parentheses
Aligned CTE Service ID Failed or Incomplete – CTE Service IDs with Pass/Fail (E0949 Course Attempt Result) not equal 01 or 08; year taken is the first part of the string in parentheses
Highest Program Level Passed – based on the Aligned CTE Service ID Passed column
CY Class Roster CTE Courses Enrolled In – in order to see what a student is currently enrolled in
Suggested Aligned Courses – Level 3 and Level 4 – displays courses that align to the program of study, have been offered at least one year in the LEA’s course completion records, have not been taken in the past, and are not currently enrolled in based on Class Roster Winter
