We are in the process of finalizing Summer PEIMS promotion and hope to have it ready by 9/22/2025 if not earlier. The next promotion that will be worked on is the Class Roster Winter collection.

Fall Promotion Logic should be working now ~~except for Leavers~~. If you are still having issues, please try a Full Pull first on the TEA Ed-Fi IODS Connection screen. After this, if you have verified that your SIS/ERP is sending data to the TEA IODS landing zone and you still do not see fall data, please submit a ticket.

Added IODS Year to the TEA Ed-Fi IODS Pull Log to differentiate between multiple years processing

Added a year dropdown on the TEA Ed-Fi IODS Student and Staff JSON profile screens now that there are two IODS years (defaults to most recent year):

Programming staff are working on further issues with Fall PEIMS promotion and hope to have data flowing by tomorrow as long as your SIS/ERP is sending data to the IODS and you have set up your 2025-2026 key/secret on the TEA Ed-Fi IODS Connection screen.

We are still working on the 25-26 Fall PEIMS promotion logic, so while you might now see a 2025-2026 Fall PEIMS file in the File Center that is no longer shaded red, there are still issues. Thank you for your patience!

Ed-Fi Processing is currently disabled. If you see a 2025-2026 file in your File Center>Ed-Fi API tab with red shading, please do not submit a ticket. The programmers are aware of the issue and are diligently working on successfully promoting data for the PEIMS Fall submission.

Target release date for 2025-2026 data to start flowing into OnDataSuite once you enter the Key/Secret and your SIS/ERP is sending data to the TEA Ed-Fi IODS landing zone is Friday, 8/22/2025.

We are having issues with the TEA 25-26 Claim Set: Read-Only All Resources which prevents data from flowing into OnDataSuite. We have a TEA TIMS ticket in and should have a resolution by next week.

The newest Ed-Fi 2025-2026 tab has been added as the default view to start entering your key/secret for 2025-2026!Please note that 2025-2026 data will not display until your SIS and ERP systems start sending data to the TEA IODS.
