Report Location: Staff > Staff Data Validation > Responsibility Pop Served to Payroll PIC Mismatch

Summary: This report displays staff who have certain responsibility population served codes where the payroll program intent codes might not match up. It uses the 30090-Responsibility records as the base to compare to the 30060-Payroll records.

Usage: Review report to ensure appropriate coding of the responsibility population served codes and the payroll program intent codes. Use export to Excel to remove combination codes that are accurate for your LEA leaving those combinations that need to be modified.

A staff member will be included in the report if they meet any of the criteria in the definitions below. Highlighted Population Served codes will indicate that there are Responsibility Pop Served code records that do not match any Payroll _Program Intent Code.

NOTE: In order to avoid duplication of records, this report groups on FUND CODE, CAMPUS/ORGANIZATION AND PIC CODE. As a result, not all details for Responsibility Records will display on the report. The hyper-link on the TX Unique Staff ID will open staff profile to review the full details of Payroll Accounting Records and Responsibility Records by inidividual staff.

    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 11-Basic Educational Services AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 26-Non DAEP – AEP Services AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 28-DAEP Basic Services AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 30-Title I Schoolwide/SCE AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 36-Early Education Allotment AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 37-Dyslexia – Regular Education AND
    •  all payroll Program Intent <> 38-CCMR AND
    • all payroll Program Intent <> 91-Athletic Related Services AND
