Student Report Center – Create Ad Hoc Reports

Fall Related Ad-Hoc Reports– audit/review data for current year and multiple year trends.

Reports to Create   

            Use New Fall PEIMS Student Elements 25-26:   

• Fall Enrollment
  • Criteria – “Parent Request Retention Indicator” -E1729
    • NOTE: Note: an eligible five-year-old student in a prekindergarten class must also be reported with a StudentCharacteristic (C344) 18 (Parent Request Retention) in the StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation.
  • Criteria – Grade (move to top above Parent Request Retention Indicator)
  • Add Column Options
    • ADA Eligibility Code for Fall Enrollment
    • Sept 1st Age*

• Fall Enrollment – Snapshot counts
  • Criteria 1 = “Campus”

• Criteria 1 = “Grade”
• Criteria 1 = “Gender”
• Criteria 1 = “Ethnicity/Race”
• Criteria 1 = “Adult Previous Attendance”
• Criteria 1 = “At Risk”
• Criteria 1 = “ADA Fall Enrollment”
  • Criteria 2 = “Grade”
    • (Check KG for full day)
    • (Check PK for 1/2 day)

• Criteria 1 = “Alternative Language Program”

  • Criteria 2 = “Grade”
    • (Check 1st or 2nd time 7th grader for As of Status of X or A-G)
    • Move Grade above As of Status and filter for Grade 7
    • All X – As of Status – 7th grade (First Time 7th Graders) will be your students that will now require a Leaver Record if they leave your district this school year
    • Check the As of Status from the 25-26 TWEDs standards to see if student is attending the second year as a 7th grader (D, E)
