PEIMS - Data Review Items

Focus of this workshop will be on prior year and current year PEIMS CTE (Career Technology Education) data. Specifics include discussion of the CTE Custom Reports, CTE course completion records, CTE transfer courses and other CTE coding for students.

Focus of this workshop will be on PEIMS discipline data. Specifics include discussion of the discipline related audit reports, use of custom reports, RDA/DVM reports, and ad hoc report building, as well as setting student expectation goals.

Kelechi Bradley, Sheldon ISD, shares how she is using OnDataSuite to create several specific reports for each program area to review.

Focus of this workshop is the review of Accountability areas that are impacted by the Fall PEIMS data submission. The Accountability session will focus on state level DVM/Leavers, CCMR, and RDA, as well as Federal level TEHCY. Requires loading fall PEIMS data file(s). (Preliminary files welcome.)

This workshop will assist in auditing and reviewing Special Education data at both the district and campus levels to ensure accuracy for Fall PEIMS reporting.

Focus of this workshop is the review of Staff/Finance data from Fall PEIMS. Session will cover validation, custom and adhoc reports to assist in accurate reporting in areas such as responsibility records and budget data, including SSAs. Focus of this workshop is the review of Student Fall PEIMS data to assist in accurate reporting. This session will include discussion of snapshot count verification. Requires loading fall PEIMS data file(s).

Focus of this workshop will be creating queries in the Student Report Center related to the review of PEIMS leaver data.

This workshop will assist in ensuring accurate coding of student attendance, as stated in the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook. An emphasis on maximizing funding by reviewing data to be reported in PEIMS, which results in Foundation School Program (FSP) and other TEA funding allocations. Utilization of Custom reports, adhoc reports and dashboards to discover data anomalies and best practices.

Focus of this workshop will include a review of the TEA Attendance Audit Queries, the location of custom reports to review Summer PEIMS data and creating adhoc reports to audit the data before it is sent to TEA. Requires loading Summer PEIMS data file(s). (Preliminary files welcome.)
