Staff Custom Reports

Staff Custom Reports are organized into topical folders and allow users to review information in several areas with a single click. 

These reports have been built based on client feedback and typically cannot be replicated in the Staff Report Center ad hoc reporting area.  They often have complicated calculations such as staff FTEs and many are at a summary level with drill-down capabilities to detailed staff level lists.

Updates as of 8/5/2024:

• Three new Staff Folders: Staff Detail Reports, Staff Ethnicity/Gender and Staff Summary Reports
• Three new Staff Reports :
  • Staff Detail Reports > Staff Employment – Payroll Review
  • Staff Ethnicity/Gender > Staff Demographic Ethnicity/Gender Summary Review
  • Staff Summary Reports > Average Years Professional Experience by Campus
• Removed Staff Miscellaneous Reports folder
  • Moved to Staff Ethnicity/Gender folder
    • Role/Auxiliary Role ID Gender/Ethn Summary Report
  • Moved to Staff Summary Reports
    • Contracted Staff Report
    • Fall PEIMS Finance/Staff Data Review
    • Staff Retention Rate
  • Sunset Fall All Staff Detail Review Report (replaced by Staff Detail Reports – Staff Employment – Payroll Review).
