Uploaded File Highlighted Pink

Occasionally a set of PEIMS files do not load properly, when this occurs the file will be highlighted in “pink” as shown above. The most common cause of this is corrupted files. The user should re-extract the file and re-load the new files into OnDataSuite. If the file continues to be highlighted in pink please create a support ticket and OndataSuite staff will investigate.
