When summer PEIMS files are loaded, OnDataSuite calculates the reporting period. OnDataSuite uses the following elements from the ReportingPeriodExtension for the calculation.
E1568 – REPORTING-PERIOD-BEGIN-DATE
E0934 – REPORTING-PERIOD-INDICATOR-CODE
OnDataSuite compares the actual date (system date) the files are loaded to the Reporting Begin Dates. The most recent reporting period is used where the actual file load date falls between the begin dates.
